Site Storekeeper / Material Receiving Coordinator

Overview

We are urgently seeking a Site Storekeeper / Material Receiving Coordinator to join our team at the construction site near Jupiter Hospital, Baner, Pune. This role involves handling the receipt and recording of construction materials into the company's inventory system accurately and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive construction materials on site, ensuring verification against Purchase Orders and delivery documents.
• Inspect the quantity, specifications, and condition of all incoming materials.
• Accurately document goods received by promptly updating the company's inventory system.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes and all relevant supporting documents.
• Report any inconsistencies such as shortages, damages, or quality concerns to procurement and site management teams.
• Keep precise inventory and material receiving records up to date.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Project departments to facilitate smooth material flow.
• Maintain organized filing and retention of all material receiving related documentation.
• Enter material receipts and inventory transactions into SAP software.
• Assist with daily site store and material management operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with any discipline; graduation is mandatory.
• Both freshers and experienced individuals are eligible to apply.
• Preference for candidates with experience in storekeeping, material receiving, inventory control, warehouse functions, or construction site operations.
• Basic understanding of inventory management processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP software is considered a beneficial asset.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer skills.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Willingness to work onsite at Baner, Pune location.
• Immediate joiners are preferred or required.

• Position requires physical presence near Jupiter Hospital, ANP Atlantis Road, HQCP+89, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra – 411069.
• Urgent hiring requirement with immediate joining preferred.
• Graduation qualification is essential.
• Salary range offered is INR 16,000 to 22,000 per month.
