Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Site Reliability Manager to join our expanding remote team. This key position involves steering operational excellence, leading strategic projects, and ensuring outstanding outcomes within your domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of essential IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Engage actively in code reviews, sprint planning sessions, and architectural design discussions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, on new feature development.
• Take full responsibility for managing complex projects from inception through execution to delivery.
• Create and implement thorough automated and manual testing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum development frameworks.
• Strong expertise in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
• Demonstrated capability to convert sophisticated business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Advanced skills with project management tools like Asana, Jira, and Monday.com.
