About the Role

Singhal Buildhome Private Limited seeks a responsible and diligent Site Guard Cum Supervisor for their construction site located in Mansarovar, Mangyaawas Extension, Jaipur. This is an immediate opening with a fixed monthly salary of ₹17,000. The role involves full-time onsite presence from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The accommodation is provided free of cost on-site, requiring the guard to stay overnight after securing the site’s gate. Food provisions must be arranged independently by the candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure complete security and supervision of incoming materials at the construction site, maintaining meticulous records in a register and overseeing round-the-clock vigilance to prevent theft or loss.
• Seal the gate properly at night and remain onsite to maintain safety and security.
• Oversee the curing process related to cement work such as plastering and masonry by regularly sprinkling water morning and evening to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with contractors including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and painters to ensure smooth operations between 9 AM and 6 PM.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the flats and entire site by ensuring regular sweeping and mopping.
• Record attendance of staff and contractors each morning and provide detailed work reports via WhatsApp group every evening.
