Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Site Engineer to oversee interior fit-out projects across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The role demands hands-on management of site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, timely project completion, and effective coordination among all stakeholders. This position requires flexibility to travel extensively and temporarily relocate to project sites during the execution period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise diverse site teams including carpenters, electricians, painters, fabricators, and contractors.
• Develop and track project schedules to meet milestone deadlines.
• Handle material management from requirement planning to inventory maintenance and delivery tracking.
• Guarantee superior quality and finishing standards throughout all work stages.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure alignment with design intent, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
• Document daily and weekly progress and report updates to management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and execution challenges onsite.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project flow.
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including measurements, billing, and project records.
• Represent the company professionally during client and site engagements.

Travel and Relocation

This job involves frequent travel across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, or Tamil Nadu, depending on project assignments. Candidates should be prepared to relocate temporarily and reside at project sites throughout the project duration. The company will provide accommodation, food allowance, travel expenses, and salary including project-related support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum two years of relevant site execution experience in interior fit-outs or construction projects.
• Competence in interpreting architectural, interior, and working drawings.
• Solid knowledge of site execution processes, measurement techniques, materials, and finishing operations.
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Effective problem-solving and timely decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Carriage to travel extensively across specified southern states.
• Experience in corporate interiors, commercial office spaces, banking, retail fit-outs, or turnkey project delivery.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings, project documentation, vendor management, quantity estimation, and material planning.
