Job Overview

We seek a dedicated and skilled Site Civil Engineer responsible for overseeing daily construction operations at the site. This role requires managing workflow to ensure adherence to project plans, quality benchmarks, and delivery timelines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise everyday construction activities on site.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, labor workforce, architects, and project management teams.
• Ensure execution of work aligns strictly with approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspect and verify the quality of materials used and workmanship delivered.
• Maintain comprehensive daily records including site updates, measurements, and progress tracking.
• Manage material supply demands and optimize site productivity.
• Enforce site safety protocols and maintain orderly discipline.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
• Have 2 to 4 years of hands-on civil site engineering experience.
• Demonstrate strong familiarity with residential construction projects.
• Exhibit good communication skills and effective site management capabilities.
• Proven competence in independently overseeing contractors and laborers.
