Role Overview
As a Simulator Support Officer reporting to the Simulator Team Leader in Perth, WA, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality air traffic control simulation training. This role involves working with advanced simulator systems, preparing and facilitating training exercises, analyzing data, and helping to create realistic simulation scenarios that assist air traffic controllers in developing and sustaining critical skills.
You will gain specialist knowledge in air traffic control operations, aviation procedures, and simulation technologies while collaborating with experienced operational and training professionals. Your contributions will support the preparation, delivery, and continuous improvement of Airservices Australia’s training programs.

The position is a fixed-term contract for two years based in Perth, Western Australia. Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents as an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) clearance is necessary.
