Open Positions

We are recruiting for multiple roles including Plastic Workers, Metal Workers, CNC Router Operators, Spray Painters, Welders, and Sign Installers.

Role Requirements

• Hands-on experience in sign making, fabrication, or related trades, demonstrating proficiency in measuring, cutting, and assembling signage components.
• Capability to accurately interpret technical drawings, design files, and job specifications with meticulous attention to detail.
• Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, and sign-making machinery like vinyl cutters, printers, and laminators, with a strong emphasis on workplace safety.
• Understanding of common signage materials and finishes, such as vinyl application techniques, mounting procedures, and basic installation practices.
• Effective problem-solving skills paired with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adhere to deadlines within both workshop and field environments.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach when interacting with teammates and clients.
• Physical capability to manage materials, perform manual labor safely, and work at elevated heights when necessary.
• Possession of trade certifications or vocational education in sign making, fabrication, or related disciplines is advantageous; substantial prior industry experience is highly valued.
