Job Description

As a Sign Installer, you will be tasked with the careful and effective installation of various types of signage. This position involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments using technical skills and light industrial tools. Attention to detail is critical to ensure the signs installed meet high company standards. Most work is done independently, requiring positive customer interaction and practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable work schedule from Monday to Friday.
• Install diverse signage including vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, and street signs up to 45 feet high.
• Read and understand installation plans, blueprints, and technical drawings; utilize basic tablet skills for job tracking and photo documentation.
• Operate installation tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Work with project managers and clients to ensure timely and precise installations.
• Perform site surveys and prepare locations for installation.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working order.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Self-driven with strong internal motivation to contribute and succeed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification is advantageous.
• Previous experience in sign installation or physically demanding work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working at heights and competent in using installation equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
