Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Showroom Assistant to warmly welcome customers, assist them in locating products, and ensure a positive in-store experience. This full-time role involves working 39.5 hours weekly, including mandatory Saturdays (9:45 AM - 4:45 PM) with a weekday off, and Sundays are rest days.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist in identifying their needs.
- Offer knowledgeable advice on instruments exhibited in the showroom, emphasizing guitars and keyboards.
- Demonstrate musical instruments and related equipment.
- Manage and control stock levels efficiently.
- Maintain high standards in product presentation and showroom appearance.
- Address customer service concerns promptly and professionally.
- Exhibit flexibility by helping customers with purchases beyond your specialty.
Candidate Profile

- Strong knowledge of guitar brands and products.
- Confident and approachable demeanor with customers and team members.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient with computers, including MS Office, Outlook, and internet navigation.
- Good technical understanding of musical instruments.
- Experience in product presentation with a keen eye for detail.
- Retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
