Role Overview

Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, the Shop Hand will support multiple departments within the shop, including packaging, painting, grinding, testing, and receiving. The role also involves routine maintenance of shop tools, equipment, and the workspace itself.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics with their tasks.
• Perform delivery duties as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop.
• Execute general shop tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse or shop setting.
• Ability to function effectively within a team.
• Valid driving record aligned with company standards.
• Capability to successfully pass a drug screening and physical examination.

Additional Details

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work Environment: Industrial shop setting.
• Shift: Daytime hours.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
