  • Liaise closely with Production Planning & Control (PPC), Programming, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure adherence to approved drawings, prescribed machining processes, and quality standards during production.
  • Monitor and manage rejection rates, reworks, scrap levels, and process deviations to minimize waste.

  • Ensure correct handling and optimal use of machines, tools, fixtures, and other production assets.
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks promptly to avoid delays.
  • Prepare and review daily production metrics, focusing on performance, productivity, and machine usage reports.
  • Champion 5S, Kaizen, lean manufacturing principles, and initiatives for continuous operational improvement.
  • Maintain strict shop-floor discipline aligned with company policies to uphold safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
  • Lead and mentor supervisors, machine operators, and other shop-floor personnel to build a capable workforce.
  • Escalate significant issues relating to production, quality, staffing, machinery, or costs to senior management promptly.

Candidate Profile
