Job Overview

This full-time position is based in Naas, County Kildare, at Monread Rd. The primary role of the Shop Floor Assistant is to manage the merchandising, rotation, and display of all stock within the allocated department, ensuring adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Showcase and maintain merchandise in line with Centra's brand values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based.
• Handle order processing across various departments.
• Maintain the store's presentation at an optimal standard consistently.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement layout changes correctly for ends and sides.
• Execute proper stock labelling and rotation procedures efficiently.
• Verify deliveries as per goods-in procedures.
• Keep the back-store organized and properly stored.
