Candidate Profile

Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to assume managerial responsibilities in corporate-owned locations.

Benefits

  • Generous paid vacation ranging from 15 to 25 days annually.
  • 10 paid holidays and an additional 8-week sabbatical after every 10 years of service.
  • Access to educational resources under Archways to Opportunity, including high school completion programs, college tuition support, and ESL classes.
