Responsibilities

• Lead and direct crew and shift managers during shifts to deliver excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan shift activities, monitor performance, and take corrective actions to meet company standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
• Communicate effectively with the succeeding Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions.
• Manage operational targets and help departments achieve their goals.
• Oversee food safety compliance and maintain internal communication flows.
• Control inventory and daily maintenance tasks.
• Manage crew scheduling and training to optimize performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred prior leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Positive team collaborator with a flexible schedule who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for the managerial role.
