About the Role

This opportunity is for a position in a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to operate under the McDonald’s brand and is solely responsible for all employment-related matters such as hiring, supervision, scheduling, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shift operations ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are upheld.
• Plan each shift and monitor team performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability targets are met during shifts.
• Communicate effectively with incoming Shift Managers to facilitate smooth shift transitions.
• Oversee and support various departments in reaching their operational goals.
• Maintain food safety standards and manage inventory efficiently.
• Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant environment.
• Manage crew scheduling, training, and development.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company policies on safety and security.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, particularly in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible availability to accommodate scheduling needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this management role in corporate-owned restaurants.
