Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage crew scheduling effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate crew members and managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Implement and supervise food safety and cleanliness protocols in line with McDonald’s standards.
• Address safety, security, inventory control, and profitability proactively.
• Promote ongoing training, education, and continuous learning initiatives within the team.
• Drive high performance and hold the team accountable for results.
