About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee essential internal functions such as employee training, food safety compliance, and inventory oversight.
- Delegate tasks effectively to team members and report on their outcomes to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with the General Manager to maintain excellent performance and quality standards across kitchen management, staffing, and guest service.
- Support a collaborative work atmosphere by partnering with team members to maintain safe and efficient restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Demonstrate dedication to workplace excellence and adherence to safety standards.
- Provide strong customer service and maintain focus on guest support.
- Possess effective communication skills with the ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs.
- Make decisions and offer solutions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably have prior leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve as a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
