About the Role
Join our team and advance your career by becoming a Shift Manager at multiple locations in Miami, FL. You will oversee shifts by planning, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining a safe, secure, and profitable environment. Your role also includes communicating with the incoming Shift Manager to ensure seamless transition and helping departments achieve their goals.
Leadership experience, preferably in restaurants, retail, or hospitality, is valued. We seek enthusiastic team players with flexible availability who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess fast food managerial experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Ensure food safety and quality food production
- Manage internal communications and maintain cleanliness and daily maintenance
- Oversee inventory management and scheduling
- Train, manage, and motivate crew members
- Ensure safety and security during shifts
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a relevant fast food environment
- Ability to lead teams effectively during shifts
- Strong focus on quality, service, and cleanliness
- Minimum age of 18 years
