Overview
This role is based in a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's brand and products, but separate from McDonald's USA. Employment decisions including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee employer.
About the Role
The Shift Manager leads operational shifts to deliver excellent customer service, food quality, and cleanliness standards. You will oversee crew members and fellow managers to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, maintaining safety, security, and profitability during each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure food safety compliance

Qualifications and Requirements

A minimum age of 18 years is required for management positions in corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants.
