Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee crew and other managers during shifts, ensuring customers always receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
• Plan shift operations, monitor ongoing activities, and take necessary actions to maintain McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed rigorously.
• Manage inventory and schedule daily maintenance to uphold restaurant cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Communicate effectively across shifts, especially with incoming Shift Managers, to maintain smooth transitions and sustained performance.
• Support and guide crew members through coaching, training, and leadership to meet departmental goals.
• Manage safety and security measures during the shift.
• Help meet profitability goals during assigned shifts through effective team and resource management.

Requirements

• Preferred prior leadership experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
• Must be a positive team player with a flexible schedule and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum age of 18 years to qualify as a manager.
