Position Summary

As a Shift Manager, you will lead and oversee shifts to guarantee customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service every time. You'll provide guidance and leadership to crew members and fellow managers, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and managing shift operations.
• Monitoring team performance and taking action to maintain McDonald's established standards.
• Ensuring food safety protocols are followed.
• Managing inventory and daily cleanliness.
• Coordinating internal communication and scheduling amongst staff.
• Training and developing crew members.
• Overseeing safety, security, and profitability measures during shifts.
• Collaborating with subsequent Shift Managers to ensure seamless shift transitions.
• Meeting shift-specific and departmental goals.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Preferred prior leadership experience, ideally within restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
• Adaptable schedule and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to qualify as a manager in corporate McDonald's restaurants.
