About the Role

This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s branding and products, but is a separate entity responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA is not involved in employment decisions or application processing for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations including planning and monitoring team performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Manage internal communication and crew supervision
• Oversee inventory management and daily maintenance tasks
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold safety and security protocols
• Assist in staff scheduling and training
• Meet shift and departmental performance goals

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability
• Must be 18 years or older for managerial roles in corporate restaurants
