Responsibilities

• Engage in solving problems, delivering excellent customer service, and making effective decisions
• Lead by example and develop your team members to perform at their best
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper operational procedures
• Maintain flexibility in your work schedule to meet shifting business needs
• Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills during your shift
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects brand standards
• Travel reliably to your assigned store and occasionally other locations for training and work-related activities

Physical and Other Requirements

• Ability to stand and move around for the full duration of your shift
• Comply with all brand guidelines related to food preparation and customer service
• Dependable transportation to support store visits and required tasks outside the primary workplace
