Shift Manager

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shift operations including employee training, food safety compliance, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Effectively assign and oversee crew member tasks to reach and maintain shift objectives.
• Support Assistant and General Managers to uphold restaurant standards in kitchen food quality and safety, personnel coaching and hiring, and customer service excellence.
• Maintain a strong team environment by exemplifying company policies and brand principles.
