Role Summary

As a Shift Manager, you will lead your team during shifts to ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service. You will oversee quality, service standards, and cleanliness, monitor safety and security, and communicate with subsequent shift managers to maintain smooth operations. Your duties may also involve scheduling, training, inventory control, and meeting departmental goals.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for management positions in corporate-owned restaurants.
