Key Responsibilities
Shift Managers lead and supervise teams during their assigned shifts, ensuring every customer enjoys quick, accurate, and friendly service. You will oversee multiple duties including preparing shift plans, closely monitoring team performance, enforcing McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness, maintaining safety and security, and supporting business profitability. It is also your responsibility to communicate effectively with the succeeding Shift Manager to guarantee seamless operations. Additionally, you may be tasked with achieving specific performance targets during your shifts to aid the restaurant's overall success.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Enforcing food safety regulations
- Supporting internal communication

Candidate Profile and Requirements
