About the Role

Working as a Shift Lead means taking on a central role within a busy and expanding team, responsible for creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests, managing restaurant operations during your shift, and participating hands-on in the preparation of popular Panda dishes. Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education level: some high school coursework.
• Preferably some experience in operations management.
• Food Safety compliance including locally required Food Handler certification (at applicant's expense).
• Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, working in hot, noisy, and cramped kitchen environments.
• Skill in using kitchen tools such as the Chinese cook knife and the ability to work quickly without error.
• Effective verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced settings with shifting priorities.
• Capability to manage conflict and handle challenging situations professionally.
