Shift Incharge

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Shift Incharge to oversee shift operations in our team located at LSG Sky Chefs India Pvt. Ltd. This role involves managing daily activities and ensuring seamless coordination to prepare and service flights efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the staff and activities during shifts
• Collaborate closely with airlines, kitchen teams, and other relevant departments
• Ensure timely preparation and servicing of flights
• Manage shift handovers, maintain logbooks, and handle SABRE and catering documentation
• Allocate manpower efficiently based on daily flight schedules
• Oversee discipline, productivity, and equipment usage among staff
• Maintain hygiene standards, enforce HACCP protocols, and ensure safety and security compliance
• Handle special and VIP flight requirements with care
• Ensure smooth communication with airline representatives
• Work towards minimizing service errors, damages, and airline penalties

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in airline catering, industrial catering, or retail operations is essential
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage teams
• Strong coordination capabilities and problem-solving aptitude
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts
• Preference for candidates available for immediate joining
• Male candidates preferred for this role

Additional Information

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (LSG Sky Chefs India Pvt. Ltd.)
• Industry focus: Retail, airline, or industrial catering preferred
• Rotational shift schedule
• Salary: Up to ₹4.50 Lacs per annum (approximately ₹33,000 to ₹36,000 per month)
