Job Overview and Requirements

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with a minimum of 4 years in enterprise intranet solution design and development using SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in customizing web parts, managing site architecture, content, and automating user access, while enhancing user experience and building custom reports.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise intranet solutions utilizing SharePoint Online, including web part customization and site architecture.
• Automate access controls and develop tailored SharePoint reports to improve usability and information dissemination.
• Create automated business processes and applications through Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to optimize organizational workflows and ensure seamless system integration.
• Configure and manage low-code platforms encompassing business rules, workflow orchestration, process logic, data validation, user interface flow, and responsive page designs within Power Apps and SharePoint Online environments.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code development techniques, rapid application development, and platform governance is essential.
• Experience in API development, data integration, and connecting third-party systems is highly advantageous.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Hands-on implementation of Generative AI and integration of AI functionalities into business applications and workflows.
• Collaboration experience with government agencies, understanding their specific requirements and compliance standards.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform, SharePoint Online, or Azure certifications.
• Experience directing and coaching non-technical users through training sessions and workshops on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

Work Experience

Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience is expected.
