Job Overview
As a Servicenow ITSM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting ITSM solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. Your role involves collaboration with various teams to understand requirements and deliver superior solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain custom workflows, business rules, and integration components leveraging ServiceNow's UI Policy framework.
- Work closely with cross-functional groups to gather and refine requirements for ITSM solutions.
- Resolve technical issues concerning ITSM processes and provide expert guidance to colleagues.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 4 to 15 years of experience within the IT services and consulting sector, with a strong focus on ITSM aligned to ITIL v3 or v4 standards.
- Has in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including key modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Demonstrates proficiency in building and customizing functionalities using ServiceNow UI Policy framework.
