Role Overview
This role focuses on the implementation and development of the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module, involving Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) expertise. The candidate is expected to lead the development, customization, and configuration of multiple IRM modules including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance, Vendor Risk Management, Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and configuration of ServiceNow IRM modules, customizing workflows and scoring models.
- Design entity scoping and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM) tailored for IRM.
- Configure functional elements such as Notifications, SLAs, and reporting systems.
- Develop and manage scripting objects including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and workflows.
- Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Ensure data integrity for imports and exports aligned with IRM procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for IRM solutions.
- Contribute technically to requirements workshops, design discussions, and sprint planning meetings.
- Provide expertise on ServiceNow IRM best practices and troubleshoot application issues.
Required Qualifications and Certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically on ServiceNow IRM.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential.
Work Location
This position is located in Hyderabad, India, with PAN India location options.
