Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consulting services focused on ServiceNow implementations and initiatives.
- Effectively communicate technical challenges and solutions to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Simplify complex technical ideas into clear business language for diverse audiences.
- Engage actively in workshops with business stakeholders and conduct solution showcases.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow domains.
Candidate Profile
- Comprehensive understanding of out-of-the-box best practices in ServiceNow ITSM as well as configuration of other relevant ServiceNow applications such as CIS ITOM.
- Experience in devising innovative solutions to business challenges using ServiceNow and familiarity with ITIL processes including Asset Management, as well as monitoring metrics and KPIs.
- Strong collaboration and communication capabilities within teams.
- Proficient in documentation and delivering presentations.
- Capability to mentor and lead less experienced team members.
