About the Role
A globally recognized corporation is adopting Servicely as its new service management platform, initiating a significant transformation within HR Operations, HR Services, and Payroll processes. They are seeking a Servicely Implementation Consultant to architect, develop, and spearhead the deployment of this platform from inception.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and configuration of Servicely tailored to HR and Payroll operations.
- Analyze and translate business workflows into scalable, automated digital processes.
- Create service catalogs, manage case workflows, and develop self-service portals.
- Integrate advanced AI tools such as chatbots, predictive routing, and automated ticket classification.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT departments, and project teams to maximize platform adoption and continual improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in Servicely platform implementation including full configuration and deployment.
- Experience with ServiceNow or comparable enterprise service management systems, with a capacity to master Servicely configuration.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR, Payroll, or Shared Services structures and processes.
- Proficiency in deploying AI-enabled automation features such as natural language processing and workflow intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and lead design workshops.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow platforms (HRSD, ITSM, or ESM) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with working in large-scale, multinational enterprise setups.
- Knowledge about HR data management and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Direct hands-on experience with Servicely is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines; a Master’s degree is an added benefit.
