Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial dishwashing machinery and associated systems.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Handle installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Participate in on-call duty rotations covering after-hours emergencies, including some weekends and public holidays.
• Perform customer site visits to provide operational training to equipment users.
• Prepare detailed service and work reports for record-keeping and analysis.
• Maintain communication with customers for ongoing repair and maintenance needs.
• Utilize computerized job allocation and customer relationship management software platforms.
• Support spare parts ordering procedures as necessary.
• Operate independently yet collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Job Requirements

• Educational qualifications include at least a Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
• Preferably possesses a minimum of 3 years’ experience in service, maintenance, engineering, or related technical roles.
• Entry-level applicants with suitable qualifications are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be delivered.
• Possesses electrical knowledge and skills relevant to working with single-phase and three-phase electrical equipment.
• Holds a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English communication.
