Service Technician

Overview

We are seeking skilled Automotive Technicians for Tesla's Service Centers in Abu Dhabi. At Tesla, our service technicians play a crucial role in supporting our mission to advance sustainable energy by ensuring that our cutting-edge vehicles receive innovative and reliable maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Tesla-specific tools and software to perform maintenance, repairs, and enhancements on a variety of Tesla vehicle models.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship by thoroughly inspecting vehicles post-service and before delivery, aiming to resolve issues correctly on the first attempt.
• Collaborate effectively across local and regional teams, exchanging knowledge and best practices to continually elevate the customer service experience.
• Engage in comprehensive, company-provided training focused on Tesla technologies and electrical vehicle repair to support professional growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable technical experience in vehicle servicing and repair from automotive, aviation, marine, or comparable industries.
• Preferably hold certifications related to vehicle repair, though formal certification is not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to convey information clearly and respectfully.
• Possession of a valid GCC full driving license.
• Willingness and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, and to travel as necessary for mobile repair assignments.
