We are currently seeking a Service Engineer at our Wexford Service Centre near Dublin. This role centers on the servicing and installation of pumping equipment used in industrial, municipal, and commercial wastewater and stormwater facilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out planned inspections, troubleshoot faults, and maintain pumping machinery at client locations.
• Take full ownership of assigned duties, showing proactive initiative.
• Apply specialist knowledge to service and repair wastewater handling equipment effectively.
• Prepare clear, thorough reports on repairs, servicing activities, and technical issues promptly.
• Contribute positively toward improving workplace conditions in line with company goals.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and engineering skills.
• Commit to strict health and safety standards in all tasks.
• Possess proficient computer skills necessary for reporting and communication.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal abilities and customer service competence.
• Work effectively independently or collaboratively, managing pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all responsibilities.
• Hold a full manual driving license (automatic licenses not accepted).
