About the Role
We invite applications for the position of Service Engineer at our firm, a role aimed at driving future advancements rather than just reacting to them. The candidate will play a pivotal part in supporting the business by analyzing and resolving organizational needs through effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support with a deep focus on NetApp ONTAP and Dell Isilon storage systems.
- Develop and uphold disaster recovery strategies, emphasizing RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective) to ensure compliance with relevant frameworks.
- Lead initiatives with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to meet organizational objectives.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus to monitor system performance.
- Experience implementing automation tools and frameworks like Ansible and Python to streamline operations.
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud storage solutions including AWS FSx for ONTAP, NetApp Cloud Volumes, and Isilon CloudPools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead business continuity and disaster recovery programs effectively.
