Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a Service Engineer to join Technovision Energy in Pune. The role involves installation, testing, and commissioning of various industrial electrical systems including UPS, battery chargers, and distribution boards. The position requires hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with customers to ensure smooth operation and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission Industrial UPS, Battery Chargers, DCDB, ACDB, and Battery Banks.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and address breakdown issues at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults efficiently.
- Document site visits through detailed service reports.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve technical problems.
- Assist senior engineers in commissioning and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure prompt closure of service calls and provide effective customer support.
- Keep service tools, testing instruments, and records maintained and up to date.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocol and company guidelines during site operations.
