Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS systems, batteries, and associated power equipment across customer sites in the Delhi-NCR region.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, test, and maintain UPS systems and battery units at client locations.
- Respond promptly to breakdown service calls and efficiently troubleshoot issues onsite.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance procedures on UPS and battery setups.
- Measure and verify input and output voltages, load conditions, battery backup duration, alarm systems, and overall equipment performance.
- Execute battery assessments including testing, replacement, charging, and health evaluations.
- Liaise with customers providing technical support and resolving service-related problems.
- Document all service activities through reports such as service reports, installation reports, breakdown logs, and maintenance records.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to address complex technical problems and arrange spare parts as necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during equipment handling and site visits.
- Travel to various customer locations as part of installation and maintenance duties.
