Service Engineer – CCTV Installation

About the Role

Visel Infotech Pvt. Ltd., based in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking motivated and technically proficient Service Engineers specializing in CCTV system installation. This position involves handling the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and onsite technical assistance of CCTV surveillance setups.

Responsibilities

• Install and setup CCTV cameras along with surveillance systems at client sites.
• Carry out wiring, cabling, and handle basic networking essential for CCTV installation.
• Configure digital video recorders (DVRs), network video recorders (NVRs), and other related surveillance equipment.
• Diagnose and fix technical challenges associated with cameras, recording units, and connectivity issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of CCTV setups.
• Provide direct onsite support and address customer concerns effectively.
• Ensure all installed equipment undergo thorough testing to confirm functionality.
• Document installation activities and generate service reports diligently.
• Collaborate with technical teams and customers to ensure timely task completion.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and internal company guidelines during installations and maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Posses ITI or Diploma credentials in Electronics, Electrical, Information Technology, or a similar technical domain.
• Have 0 to 1 year of practical experience in CCTV installation, electrical tasks, networking, or providing technical support.
• Enthusiastic freshers with a strong inclination toward CCTV system technologies are encouraged to apply.
• Basic familiarity with electrical wiring, cabling, and networking principles is advantageous.
• Exhibit good communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Prepared to travel within Pune and adjacent locations to client premises.
• Capable of working both autonomously and within team environments.
