Service Engineer

About the Role

Robolta AI Technovation LLP invites applications for the position of Service Engineer based in Surat, Gujarat. This full-time role is situated within the Service & Technical Support department, focusing on delivering exceptional robotic cleaning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and demonstrate robotic cleaning devices at various client sites.
• Carry out servicing, scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and execute necessary repairs.
• Manage customer grievances efficiently and provide prompt technical assistance.
• Perform product testing, quality assessment, and evaluate performance metrics.
• Document service activities and collaborate closely with technical and R&D teams to enhance product reliability.
• Educate customers on proper usage, upkeep, and safety protocols for the products.
• Support ongoing product development, research initiatives, and quality enhancement projects.

Requirements

• Preferably hold technical expertise in electronics, robotics, or allied disciplines.
• Possess strong analytical skills and effective communication capabilities.
• Must have a valid driving license and be willing to undertake travel for on-site service calls.
• Demonstrate responsibility, discipline, and a customer-first approach.
• Open to accepting additional duties as assigned by management.
