Job description
Overview
G4S Secure Solutions is looking for a proactive and well-organized Service Coordinator to handle daily field service operations within its Fire & Security Systems division based in Dublin. This position plays a crucial role in linking engineers, sales teams, and clients to optimize operational efficiency and maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage scheduling for reactive maintenance, routine service tasks, and commissioning work per customer agreements.
- Respond promptly to customer communications, assess issues accurately, and assign the right engineer accordingly.
- Act as the primary contact point for Field Engineers, Business Development Managers, and customers to ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate with an external Monitoring Centre to address system alerts and update on operational status.
- Process engineers' work reports while overseeing purchase order requests and producing precise sales orders.
- Manage customer service contracts by creating, updating, and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Distribute essential technical documentation, compliance certificates, and project updates directly to customers.
- Extract and analyze system data to provide management with detailed reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Offer administrative support when needed to sales and installation teams and act as a reliable backup in the team.
- Promote the full spectrum of G4S Secure Solutions security products and services to clients to enhance brand presence.

Compensation
Annual salary ranges between €35,000 and €37,000.
