Your Role
As an Associate Director or Senior Specialist Lead, Operate Service Architect, you will design scalable managed service solutions that align client expectations with Deloitte’s capabilities, risk standards, and business goals. You will operate within a multidisciplinary team focused on complex client environments, collaborating globally on large, multi-year cloud, platform, cybersecurity, and business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of comprehensive managed service solutions for complex engagements, turning client needs into actionable service models.
- Establish operating frameworks, governance mechanisms, service definitions, and delivery methodologies to create maintainable and scalable services.
- Contribute to business pursuits by shaping solutions, pricing strategies, and managing stakeholder interactions to ensure competitive and financially sound offerings.
Required Expertise
- Over 10 years in managed services, outsourcing, or delivery models involving multi-year large-scale projects.
- Deep knowledge of service management, operational frameworks, pricing approaches, and global delivery methods.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership across diverse, cross-functional teams.
