The role is embedded within Deloitte Technology & Transformation as an Associate Director or Senior Specialist Lead, focused on Operate Service Architecture.
Team and Responsibilities
This position is part of a cross-functional Operate team dedicated to crafting and implementing sophisticated managed services across diverse client environments. The team works closely alongside delivery, commercial, and solution architecture leaders both domestically and internationally, supporting extensive multi-year projects in cloud, platform, cybersecurity, and business transformation domains.
Your core duties include:
- Leading the creation of comprehensive end-to-end managed service solutions tailored to complex projects, transforming client needs into actionable service models.
- Establishing operating models, governance frameworks, service boundaries, and delivery methods that promote scalability and maintainability.
- Contributing to business pursuits through solution development, pricing strategies, and engaging stakeholders to ensure commercially viable and competitive offerings.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in managed services and commercial solution designs, with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years experience in managed services, outsourcing, or Operate delivery models, especially in large-scale, multi-year engagements.
- Deep knowledge of service management principles, operating models, pricing frameworks, and global delivery settings.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders within complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
