Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by going beyond guest expectations.
• Provide timely and friendly service to ensure diners enjoy their experience.
• Promote and upsell special menu items and promotions.
• Regularly check on guests to confirm satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Conduct daily pre-opening and closing tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follow all service SOPs consistently.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet throughout operating hours.
• Carry out general housekeeping tasks and maintain equipment.
• Arrive punctually in proper uniform, adhering to grooming standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver quality service.
• Assist with dishwashing duties as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum qualification of GCE “N” or “O” Level, a customer service certification, or related fields.
• Previous experience is optional; ideal candidates may have at least one year in customer service or relevant F&B roles.
• Must be pleasant, friendly, cheerful, and able to manage high-pressure and busy environments effectively.
