Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for assigning calls to engineers based on pin-code areas and managing Service Franchise (SF) operations. The role requires familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and turnaround time (TAT) management to ensure service excellence in consumer electronics repair and servicing.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the service industry, preferably in consumer electronics such as TVs, washing machines, air conditioners, and LED devices. Educational qualifications include graduation or an ITI diploma. Previous experience in a team leader (TL) or service coordinator capacity is essential.
