Role Overview
The Service Coordinator will manage call distribution to engineers based on postal codes, oversee Service Franchise (SF) operations, and ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Turnaround Time (TAT) standards. This position requires familiarity with mobile phone repair and proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute incoming service calls to engineers segmented by pin code regions.
- Manage and coordinate activities related to the Service Franchise.
- Monitor and adhere to KPIs and turnaround time requirements.
- Utilize Excel effectively for data tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- Two to four years of professional experience in the service industry.
