Service Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a Service Associate to join our team at PVR Cinemas in Kolkata. This role involves managing various customer service and operational activities to ensure an enjoyable patron experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage box office duties by issuing tickets according to show schedules and processing payments through cash or digital methods accurately.
• Handle concession stand operations including serving popcorn, drinks, and other food items while accurately billing and accepting payments via cash, credit, or UPI.
• Welcome and assist guests with usharing duties to ensure patrons feel valued and delighted.
• Provide seat-side service by delivering food orders during movie intervals or as requested by patrons.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring complete reconciliation and adherence to monetary SOPs.
• Comply strictly with training requirements, grooming standards, and movie operation protocols to maintain service quality.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Presentable appearance with a courteous and positive attitude towards guests.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patrons and resolving complaints politely.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts as necessary.
• Fluency in local languages, Hindi, and English for smooth communication.

Qualification and Eligibility

• Minimum educational qualification: Completion of Class 12.
• Age limit: Up to 28 years.
