Service Advisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the main customer liaison at our two-wheeler service center. The advisor will welcome customers, manage vehicle intake, articulate service requirements, and coordinate with workshop personnel to guarantee timely and quality service completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and receive their vehicles for servicing.
• Conduct a joint inspection of the vehicle with the customer; document their complaints on the job card.
• Communicate clearly the necessary repairs, estimated costs, and expected delivery timelines.
• Liaise with technicians and workshop controllers to assign tasks appropriately.
• Monitor the availability of spare parts to ensure timely service completion.
• Notify customers about any additional repairs needed and obtain approval prior to proceeding.
• Accurately prepare cost estimates and invoices.
• Handle customer complaints courteously and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback.
• Advocate for Annual Maintenance Contracts, warranties, and genuine spare parts to customers.
