Service Advisor - Two Wheeler

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Two Wheeler Service Advisor to join our team. This role involves interacting directly with customers to understand their vehicle issues, providing accurate cost and time estimates, completing delivery processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers bringing two wheelers for service.
• Document and assess reported problems with the vehicles thoroughly.
• Provide detailed cost and estimated timeframes for repairs and servicing.
• Manage the complete vehicle delivery process efficiently upon service completion.
• Gather and record customer feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through attentive service management.
• Update warranty claims accurately and timely.
• Oversee painting and maintain 5S workplace standards.

Requirements

• Keen understanding of two wheeler servicing processes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively handle customer interactions.
• Basic knowledge in handling warranty claims.
• Ability to manage documentation and maintain workplace organization.

Compensation

The monthly compensation for this position ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 22,000.
